Duromax XP13000EH vs XP13000HX The 12000wh has a CO sensor that keeps you from getting sick from too much carbon dioxide if you use it in a small area. This safety is not on the 13000eh. Also, the motor on the 13000 is 18 horsepower instead of 20 horsepower, and the seller says that the 13000 has more speed. Since I'll be running outside in a well-ventilated area, I'll choose more power and less chance for the CO sensor to fail.

I would buy the 12000eh if you live in a place like California where you need a CO monitor for how you want to use it.  After using a number of gas heaters, generators, and torches, especially big ones, I can say with confidence that lowering the pressure on the tank is the best way to stop frost. The easiest and best way to do this is to get a bigger tank. If a 20-pound tank is getting very icy, you might want to try a 40-pound or even a 100-pound tank.Your problem with icing will be fixed. 

If you wish to change anything about the device that isn't specifically mentioned in the instructions, such as "converting to run from LP Gas to Natural Gas," you should contact the manufacturer directly. Asking the general public for information about something that was only meant to work with gasoline or propane is not a safe way to find out what you need to know.I'm not trying to be rude, but it's a good way to get hurt or break the unit, so if it involves trying to change how the equipment is meant to work, I'd suggest getting your information from the company that made it. 

I put in a generator that will power everything in the house, including the two freezers, two refrigerators, all the lights inside and outside, and the security cams. We'll bring the pump, the hot water tank, the TV, and the wifi router... Since we have a wood stove, I haven't tried out the heat pump yet. Propane is great because it never goes bad, which is not true of gasoline.
